Concrete Application

Methyl methacrylate plugging slurry. It is a kind of low viscosity grouting material made of methyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate, benzoyl peroxide, dimethyl aniline and p-toluenesulfinic acid as the main raw materials. Its viscosity is lower than water, and its penetration is very strong, and it can be filled into the fine fissures of 0.05~0.1mm. After polymerization, its strength and adhesion are very high, and it can be used in the reinforcement and plugging of concrete such as dam, oil pipe, dock and foundation.

Storage precautions

Usually commodities are spiked with polymerization inhibitors. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Keep away from light. Storage temperature should not exceed 30鈩. Packaging requirements are sealed and should not be in contact with air. It should be stored separately from oxidizers, acids, bases, halogens, etc., and should not be mixed. Not suitable for large quantity storage or long storage. Use explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities. Prohibit the use of spark-prone machinery and tools. The storage area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable shelter materials.
